Birthday parties at Discovery Station combine fun and learning in one unique space. Children can celebrate while exploring exhibits designed to spark curiosity and imagination. In addition, families enjoy a flexible setup that makes planning simple and stress-free. So, every party becomes a fun and meaningful experience for guests of all ages.
Pricing And Availability
The birthday party rental fee is a flat rate of $300 ($275 for members). A $50 deposit is required for both members and non-members to secure your booking. This fee includes the two-hour room rental and admission for up to 20 guests. Guests over 20 will be charged a discounted daily admission rate of $2.00 per person. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Additional Information
Feel free to bring in or have delivered whichever food or refreshments you’d prefer, such as pre-prepared food, coolers of non-alcoholic beverages, cake, etc. Please use no glass containers, continuous open flames (Sterno), or alcohol. The museum does not have a refrigerator or freezer available for party-goers.
Your party may have up to 20 people in attendance—children & adults. Their admission is included in the price of the birthday party. Guests over 20 will be charged a discounted daily admission rate of $2.00 per person.
Party guests may tour Discovery Station exhibits any time during operational hours—before, during, or after the rental period.
The birthday party room comes with plain tablecloths and generic decorations. Feel free to bring your themed decorations as well.
Add a themed craft activity to your party for an additional $50! Our staff will guide the kids through a fun, hands-on project. Each guest will create their own craft to take home.
